Leslie

Leslie ran out to roll up his car window. It wasn’t the first time. Leslie had been trying to kill his Grandmother for the last year. Every time he made an attempt, things didn’t go as planned. He always forgot a key factor that prevented her death, a death that would set him up for life. Or the most unexpected would happen. Leslie’s grandmother was a very wealthy woman at a worth over fifty million dollars. She was also very stingy with her money. Her only living relative was Leslie and when he went to her to borrow money, she refused. It was then that Leslie decided that the only way he could pay his debts was to kill her. He thought to himself everyday that today would be the day the he would become a millionaire. Things didn’t happen that way.

Leslie once thought that if he would give her too much medication she would die. Instead, Leslie saved her from having a heart attack. It infuriated Leslie when she ungrateful for what he did. The first time he tried to kill his grandmother in the car, he had just read a story about how a baby died when its mother left it in a hot car with the windows rolled up. Leslie thought the same thing could be do to her, but he forgot to roll up his window when he rolled up hers.

He managed to do the same thing the second time. When he reached his car, he was not prepared for what he saw. An ambulance was parked next to his car. The paramedic said that she had died of nature causes. Leslie had trouble concealing his joy at first, but something finally dawned on him. It never occurred to him to see if he was even in his grandmother’s will.
